Grammar in this module
- Talking about the future: Präsens + time word, and werden — German usually expresses the future with the present tense plus a time expression. Use werden + infinitive for predictions, promises or emphasis.
- Infinitive with zu, and um … zu — After many verbs and expressions the second verb needs zu. To express a purpose ('in order to'), use um … zu + infinitive.
